Asbestos Emergency Hazard Response Act (AHERA)

The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act requires school districts to inspect their buildings for asbestos-containing building materials, and develop, maintain, and update an asbestos management plan.

All of our district buildings are annually inspected in accordance with the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA). This report is maintained in the Buildings and Grounds Office.
